We're not the type to advocate for "bouncing back" after over indulging (how un-fun & unproductive is it when your chief concern is restriction?), but sometimes there's no way around it: a green juice or smoothie just sounds right.

This peaches & green breakfast smoothie recipe, featuring our new Peach + Oat baby food blend is sweet like a tasty treat, but chock full of fiber-rich nutrients and antioxidants. It is a refreshing and wholesome way to start the day, featuring spinach, banana, oat milk, and hemp seeds to fuel up all morning long. The leafy green packed smoothie will keep you satisfied and helps you get your little ones to eat more fruits and veggies too!

Peachie green breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

-3 frozen very ripe bananas 

-2 pouches peach + oat baby food

-1 cup frozen spinach

-1 1/2 cup oat milk

-2 tablespoons hemp seeds + more for garnish

-1/4 cup greek yogurt

 

Directions:

1) Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse for 15 seconds. then blend until smooth

2) Pour in a glass and garnish with more hemp seeds
