White Leaf Apple + Sweet Potato + Beet Pouches: Thanks to the unique combination of ingredients, this wholesome blend is delicious, nutritious, and gentle on the stomach. Sweet potatoes are rich in potassium, which helps to regulate blood pressure and muscle function. Beets are one of the best food sources of folate, also known as Vitamin V-9, which is an important building block to help cells optimally function. Folate has also been shown to help reduce the chance of anemia in women post-partum, and the nutrient is also crucial during early pregnancy to reduce the risk of birth defects of the brain and spine.

Swiss Chard: There is perhaps no nutrition more important than eating greens daily after pregnancy. Leafy green veggies like spinach, Swiss chard, and broccoli are loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Swiss Chard is rich in Vitamin A, as well as a good non-dairy source of calcium and contain vitamin C and iron. Many women experience constipation after pregnancy, and fiber can help with regulation. Greens are also high in iron, which is typically low after pregnancy because of blood loss.
